Updating address on provisional driving license
Allow at least four weeks for your driving licence to arrive before contacting DVA.If your driving licence has not been delivered six weeks after you made your application you should contact DVA Driver Licensing.
Hi everyone, I moved house a couple of months ago and still haven't gotten around to sending my Provisional Driving Licence off for the change of address. If I left it as is, will it cause problems with my details :-/ I'd appreciate any input on this, has anyone had a similar situation? Northern Ireland driving licences are made up of two parts, a plastic photocard and a paper part, known as the paper counterpart.Failing to inform the DVLA when you change address could land you with a £1,000 fine.UK drivers must inform the Government agency whenever they relocate – even if it is temporary, like a move to university during term time, for example.
